The Blessings Of Us Trusting God!

Uncategorized

It takes courage and faith to really trust in the Lord. Trusting in God is not always easy, especially when it seems as if things are continually going awry. In Jeremiah chapter 17 God is letting His people know that when they lean on man and not Him, they will fall victim to failure and destitution. God’s desire is that we experience His blessings and favor. When we take matters into our own hands instead of trusting God, we are setting ourselves up for unfavorable results. Have a wonderful day as put your complete trust in the Lord. Love you all.

Blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him. Jeremiah 17:7

In verse 7, God lets us know that those who truly trust and believe in Him are blessed. The dictionary defines blessed as being supremely favored or blissfully happy. While we are going through difficult situations we may not feel favored or happy. This is especially true if we are truly trusting God and waiting on His direction and instruction. However, it is at this crucial intersection that we must decide to keep our confidence in the Lord, even when we don’t see the outcome.

When we override our feelings and stand on God’s word we will experience the blessings and favor that God has in store for us. My friends, hold on to your faith and trust in God. It doesn’t matter how it looks, God will not let us down as followers. Walking in doubt and fear it produces failure. Choose to walk in faith and watch the blessings of God manifest in your life. Remember, God wants us to have His best and possess all of the blessings He has for us so trust Him completely.
