Welcome to a Safe Harbor! I created this blog to uplift and encourage others, for support, for strength through God’s Word, for prayer, and for inspiration. If you or someone you know has need of help with an addiction or abuse history, for anyone struggling in life, I want to help because I am a grateful recovering addict and survivor of abuse saved only by the grace, love and mercy of our Heavenly Father through His Son, Jesus Christ. I have been forgiven and transformed into the one God wants me to be and He continues to do this daily. I am ever changing.
I have a Godly husband, two wonderful young adult children and I long to help not just my own children come to a relationship with Jesus, but all to know Him and come to have their own personal relationship with Jesus so that no matter what comes our way in life.. all shall know…Jesus is your Savior, your best friend and Our Father will never leave us. We shall never be alone. He is the rock that we can stand on for life.
If there is anything that I can pray for you or help you with, please feel free to contact me. God bless you and keep you and may He shine His favor on you always!
Please write me. I’d love to listen to your story!
Please pray for me concerning God’s will in my life and being able to what I love to do as a job.

Your comments about David (David and Goliath) are fantastic! I can’t count the times that I’ve disobeyed God by focusing on circumstances instead of on God. I referenced your article on my blog in connection to David and Goliath. Blessings to you!

If you could please pray for me in regards to my problem with addiction. I was clean for a while then due to health reasons I had to start the pain medication again thus re-birthing my addiction. God bless! Thank you in advance! 🙂

Thank you so very much! This is so scary! Every time I think I have a handle on it I get weak. Unfortunately I don’t have a Facebook, though I would love nothing more than to talk to you. As a Christian I feel so much shame! It’s a blessing of the Lord that I found you and you are willing to help without judgment.

He is touched with the feelings of our infirmities.
Although silent He may appear to at this momment of deep grief.
