God Hears Your Prayers!

Uncategorized

God Hears Your Prayers? When something terrible suddenly occurs in your life, what is your first response? Do you mutter under your breath or do you immediately cry out to God for help? Your response to your distress reveals to God and those around you where your heart is. Think back to the last time you had something terrible occur in your life? Did you immediately cry out to God for deliverance? Did you cry out to God because you knew that HE was the only one who could save you? Did you believe that God was going to hear your prayers when you cried out to HIM?

“I took my troubles to the Lord; I cried out to him, and he answered my prayer.”~ Psalm 120:1

God will hear your prayers. You need to learn to trust HIM. Believe that God hears your prayers. If your heart is right before God, you understand who God is and how “all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” ~Romans 8:28.

You must learn to understand that God allows distresses to occur in your life so as to reveal your true character. If you are a phony or a hypocrite, the trials of life will reveal it. If your heart really is dedicated to putting God first in your life, then when the trials come, you will overcome the trials and will be able to give thanks to God because you know that God is with you.

Trials and tribulation will come into your life, when they do, how will you respond to them. If you have taken the time to fill your life with the things of God, you will cry out to God. If you fill your life with virtue, your natural response will be to turn to the source of your strength, God. If you fill your mind with the things of this world, when trials come, your natural response will be to rely upon yourself to get out of your mess.
